William Jefferson Blythe III,Born August 19, 1946 served as the 42nd President of the United States 1993–2001. At 46 he was the third-youngest president. He became president at the end of the Cold War, and was the first baby boomer president. His wife, Hillary Rodham Clinton, has served as the United States Secretary of State since January 21, 2009. Each received a Juris Doctor from Yale Law School.
Chelsea did not come before Clinton fully realized his political power. In 1976 he was elected Arkansas Attonrney General. He step up the game in 1978 when he became the youngest Governer in the country. With his main focus being on education and healthcare reform Clinton caught the eye of the nation. He was even looked upon to run for President in the 1988 election. Instead he pushed for Maschsactutets Govener Michael Dukakis.
